Let's dish the dirt !

So after being burnt a few times on a few hundred maybe thousands over the years from the BIG 4 (Specsavers, D&A, Vision Express & Boots). I figured it was high time we let the cat out the bag, and dished all the dirty tricks and scams they pull to drain every last penny from us.

This Blog is looking for stories from employees, lab technicians, and of course the customer themselves.
